King Angra’s general. He’s known for torturing his victims and killing them slowly. Meira manages to steal one half of Winter’s locket from him and escape. However, when Spring attacks Cordell, Herod captures Meira and takes her to Angra. Once Theron is also captured, Herod intends to torture and kill them both, but Meira fights off Herod and kills him.
